Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Actievoorwaarden

Padelclinic actie Preventivo

 

  • Organisator – Deze actie wordt georganiseerd door Preventivo B.V., gevestigd te Hoevenweg 15 in Eindhoven, hierna te noemen “Preventivo”.
  • Actieperiode – De actie loopt van 1-10-’25 tot en met 31-03-’26. Alleen nieuwe aansluitingen die binnen deze periode zijn gerealiseerd, worden meegeteld.

  • Deelnamevoorwaarden – Deelname staat open voor assurantiekantoren en tussenpersonen die in Nederland gevestigd zijn. Deze actie geldt uitsluitend voor nieuwe aansluitingen binnen de actieperiode. Deelnemers dienen een actieve samenwerking met Preventivo aan te gaan of te hebben. Een kantoor neemt automatisch deel aan de actie na inschrijving op deze pagina .

  • Actiemechanisme – Bij 25 of meer aansluitingen bij één vestiging op de arbodienstverlening van Preventivo, wint het betreffende kantoor/ vestiging de prijs: een volledig verzorgde padelclinic voor het hele team. Er worden maximaal 10 clinics weggegeven.

  • Prijs – De prijs betreft een padelclinic (duur: ca. 1,5 uur) op een nader te bepalen locatie in overleg met het winnende kantoor. De clinic wordt begeleid door een professionele trainer en is inclusief baanhuur, materiaal en catering. De datum en locatie worden in samenspraak met het winnende kantoor bepaald, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid.

  • Overige bepalingen – Alleen daadwerkelijke, unieke klantaanmeldingen tellen mee. Dubbele of onvolledige inschrijvingen worden uitgesloten.
    ​- Preventivo behoudt zich het recht voor om deelnemers van deelname uit te sluiten indien zij vermoeden van fraude of misbruik.
    ​- Over de uitslag kan niet worden gecorrespondeerd.
    ​- Preventivo behoudt zich het recht voor om de actievoorwaarden tussentijds te wijzigen of de actie voortijdig te beëindigen indien omstandigheden daartoe aanleiding geven, zonder dat daar enige verplichting tot schadevergoeding uit voortvloeit.
    ​- Door deelname aan deze actie verklaart de deelnemer zich akkoord met deze actievoorwaarden.

  • Privacy – De persoonsgegevens die in het kader van deze actie worden verzameld, worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor de uitvoering van de actie en worden niet gedeeld met derden zonder toestemming.
